The short version.
I'm Jayce McCann — a licensed REALTOR® with Pearson Smith Realty out of the Ashburn office, working alongside one of the most experienced brokerages in Northern Virginia. I cover Loudoun and Fairfax counties end-to-end: Ashburn, Leesburg, Sterling, Brambleton, Reston, Herndon, Vienna, McLean, Fairfax City — and most of the corners in between.
What I do isn't complicated to explain: I help people buy, sell, and relocate to the part of Virginia I've called home my entire life. What's different is how I do it.
The edge nobody talks about.
Most agents will tell you they "have a strong online presence." Translation: they post to Facebook sometimes. I actually run digital marketing campaigns — the kind real businesses spend five figures a month on — and I bring that exact skillset to every listing I take.
That means your home isn't just dropped on the MLS and prayed over. It's positioned — strategically priced, professionally photographed, marketed with the same precision a luxury brand would use to launch a product. Modern marketing meets old-fashioned hustle. Most agents can't do both. I can.
How I work with buyers.
I'm patient. I'll show you the third house just as cheerfully as the thirtieth. I'll tell you when something on paper doesn't pencil out in real life — and I'll tell you when the "ugly one" on Zillow is actually the smart play. I negotiate with your long-term equity in mind, not the speed of the closing.
And if you're moving here from out of state — or out of the country — that's a lane I've worked specifically. I'll walk you through neighborhoods, school pyramids, commute realities, and weekend life so you know what you're picking before you ever land.
The line I won't cross.
I will tell you the truth about your home's value, even when you don't want to hear it. I will tell you if you're stretched too thin on a purchase. I will tell you when waiting is smarter than buying.
For most of my clients, this is the largest financial decision of their life. That gets respect, not a sales pitch. If you ever feel like I'm selling you something, fire me on the spot — but you won't, because that's not how I run.
